Academic Content Writer (Finance)

Job Brief:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Content Creator to produce high-quality finance content for CFA exams and FRM exams. You will also update some of our existing content.

To succeed as a Content Creator, you must focus on producing formal content that is coherent and integrates ideas logically to form a unified whole. You should also pay close attention to diction, using concrete words that do not baffle the reader. Additionally, you should use formal and concise language that conveys your message clearly.

Ultimately, you should summarize detailed curriculum notes into an organized synthesis of ideas and concepts to promote a deeper comprehension of the topic at hand.

Responsibilities:

1. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating notes for all exams mentioned in the job brief.
2. Creating practice questions and mock exams for all exams mentioned in the job brief.
3. Improving the quality of the existing question bank.
4. Answering candidate questions through the company’s interaction platforms.
5. Collaborating with other team members to create objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
6. Improving the company’s blog posts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a finance or mathematics-related course.
2. A finance-related designation (CFA, CAIA, FRM, CPA, or ACCA) or working toward any of the above.
3. An interest in academic writing.
4. Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
5. Experience creating strong, engaging, and accurate content.
6. Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
7. Strong communication skills.
8. Integrity and willingness to assume responsibility with minimal supervision.
9. Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality and accuracy.
10. Able to work remotely for at least eight hours per day, for forty hours every week.
