44100 Home Child Care Provider

Job Overview

Salary: $19.00 hourly / 30 hours per week

Terms of employment: Term or contract, Full time, Day

Starts as soon as possible

Job Location: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work Setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home

Responsibilities

1. Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
2. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
3. Care for foster children
4. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
5. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
6. Organize activities such as games and outings for children
7. Prepare and serve nutritious meals
8. Supervise and care for children
9. Take children to and from school and to appointments

Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Credentials: First Aid Certificate

Specialization: Experience with special needs children, including those with ADHD or ADD

Security and Safety

1. Criminal record check
2. Medical exam

Transportation/Travel Information

Public transportation is available.
