The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. In your role, as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (full cycle) recruiter capable of building and managing your own desk; you will be interacting to find and engage with a wide range of clients and candidates introducing them to new exciting opportunities that you uncover which will make a lasting impression on their career.
The roles also includes hiring new HCA for Alivio Care.
Manages the full cycle recruiting process from start to finish. This typically includes working for a recruitment agency and managing client acquisition, defining job requirements, creating job descriptions, and sourcing, and screening candidates to assess the fit.
