Job Overview
Attend daily, weekly, or as-needed team meetings to create action logs and track progress against schedule.
Assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Keep an updated risk register and create plans to address potential risks.
Monitor and adjust risk mitigation efforts as needed.
Report project status regularly to leads and integrated team leads using the standard template.
Provide updates to senior leadership on project progress and any issues.
Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Business Development, or a related field.
Skills:
Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions.
Project Management: Ability to track progress, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
Risk Management: Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation plans.

Organization: Strong organizational skills to maintain action logs, risk registers, and schedules.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and find solutions to keep projects on track.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and standard office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience:
Project Coordination: At least 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably within commercial development, engineering, finance, or business development.
Reporting: Experience preparing status reports for leadership or senior management.
Cross-functional Teamwork: Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Stakeholder Interaction: Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
