Our RPO Recruiter is the Recruiting Subject Matter Expert who will build positive relationships and drive candidate and client engagement throughout the entire recruitment life cycle.

Accountable for:

• Assessing the market, attracting talent, and marrying top talent with our Clients.
• Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process as defined by the client.
• Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully.
• Working in an end-to-end recruiting environment.
• Identifying & resolving potential challenges and risks.
• Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire/no hire decision.

Essential Skills:

• Background managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully.
• Confident working in a Full Life Cycle Recruiting environment.
• Experience with and ability to find & attract passive talent.
• Experience successfully identifying & resolving potential challenges and risks.
• Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems & proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data-driven environment; meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Proven experience recruiting and sourcing for multiple positions in a manufacturing setting.
• Effective communicator with adaptable interpersonal, consultative, and negotiation skills.

Minimum Requirements:

Seeking a minimum of 2+ years recruiting experience. MUST be bilingual in French and English. Experience with high-volume recruitment in manufacturing and/or production is required. The position will be onsite at GE Aerospace in Bromont, Quebec - MUST be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
