Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilities Management:
    1. Office Operations: Manage the overall functionality and maintenance of office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and common areas.
    2. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for building maintenance, cleaning, security, and other related services.
    3. Space Planning: Oversee office space allocation, including seating arrangements and meeting room management to ensure an efficient and collaborative environment.
    4. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and lead any initiatives related to workplace safety and wellness.
    5. Budget Management: Assist with budget planning and monitoring for people-related expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions for all maintenance and operational needs.
  2. Internal Engagement:
    1. Employee Communication: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, motivated, and engaged.
    2. Event Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide or team-specific events, such as town halls, team-building activities, social gatherings, and wellness programs.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    1. Partner with HR, IT, and leadership teams to support overall employee engagement and facilities needs.
    2. Provide support for other departments and teams in creating an effective and positive workplace experience.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, office operations, with a proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Skills:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both facilities operations and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act as a liaison between vendors, employees, and management.
  • Understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
