Deliver, implement, and support a variety of VOIP and UC technologies.
Implement core technologies including SIP gateways, Reverse Proxies, and Session Border Controllers.
Provide in-depth understanding of SIP-based technologies, interconnects, troubleshooting, and configuration.
Design, administer, secure, and maintain enterprise network systems and components, and general IP technologies.
Administer and troubleshoot various types of voice and/or data network systems.
Possess sound knowledge of IP PBX systems and scripted testing methodologies.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers, including site visits, installation of IP PBX, phones, licenses, and security policies as required.
Job Specification
Minimum three (3) years related work experience supporting network voice systems.
Experience in a telecom/service provider environment preferred.
VoIP network design and implementation experience.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.
Excellent verbal and communication skills are essential.
