Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure both individual and team targets are met.
Assist the sales team in achieving their assigned targets and objectives.
Develop and implement sales plans to ensure market penetration, maximize coverage, and drive business growth.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market and sales data, and provide actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, modern trade outlets, and key pharmacy chains.
