Junior Sales Representative (Contract Position)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your sales skills while working closely with our experienced sales team. Responsibilities:

1. Assist the sales team with lead generation and prospecting activities
2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities
3. Participate in sales meetings and presentations
4. Collaborate with senior sales representatives to develop and implement effective sales strategies
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
7. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
6. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required

Working Conditions:

This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. The work will be based in Isa Town, Bahrain. Working hours may vary depending on business needs, including occasional evenings/weekends for events or trade shows. Travel may also be required for client meetings or conferences.
