Leather Repair Specialist/ Leather Technician

Now we have started luxury services like cleaning, repairing and aftercare of leather related items like leather shoes, bags, jackets etc.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Leather Restoration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in leather restoration, demonstrating expertise and passion for reviving and maintaining the beauty and functionality of leather products.

1. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Leather Technical Field, Leather Spray Field, Bag Repair technician, or as an Upholsterer, Saddler, or Leather goods maker.
2. Experience working on premium fashion goods with a keen eye for detail.
3. Experience with repairing and restoring footwear will be considered a plus.
4. Assist in leather processing, dyeing, and conditioning.
5. Ability to mix dyes and paints to match colors is a valuable addition.
6. Perform quality checks and inspections on leather materials.
7. Treat leather to maintain its quality and appearance.
8. Ability to perform related services, such as bag making, shoemaking, footwear repair, and the cleaning and restoration of leather goods is a bonus.
9. Document leather specifications and maintain records.
10. Proven experience in leather repair and restoration.
11. Strong understanding of leather types and appropriate treatment techniques.
12. Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
13. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
14. Willingness to supervise and teach junior staff, offering excellent customer service whenever necessary.
15. Experience with sourcing products from suppliers and managing inventory.
16. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
17. A high school diploma or equivalent relevant certificate must also be attached.
