Job Description

As a Recreation Attendant you are responsible to provide warm, engaging and authentically local personalized service to all guests who utilize the facilities.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to the children
2. Supervise and plan all activities offered at the Kids Club
3. Conduct and host birthday parties and special events at the Kids Club
4. Create new arts and crafts for the kids club
5. Plan and create new ideas for summer camps, Halloween parties and Christmas events, as well as following through with the activities as per the schedule
6. Ensure that all new colleagues are trained in the daily operations of the Kids Club and that they work together as a team to achieve the highest guest satisfaction
7. Report directly to Kids Club supervisor with any incidents, guests comments and feedback
8. Be responsible for inventory of the arts and crafts and report when it is low
9. Ensure all areas are clean and well maintained for the children’s safety
10. Ensure that all attendants working in the Kids Club are following the procedures
11. Design the wall and window artwork for the Kids Club
12. Supervise the children in the kids club and ensure their safety while inside the club
13. Support kids club supervisor at the reception when it is busy
14. Perform other duties as assigned and requested
15. Be responsible for cleanliness of the recreation area

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:

1. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
2. Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
3. Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
4. Detail-oriented and service-oriented with an eye for detail; self-motivated and energetic.
