You will be responsible for designing, developing, reviewing, and maintaining a comprehensive patch management strategy and practice for the overall IT operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, review, and maintain a comprehensive patch management strategy.
• Utilize scanning tools like Nessus (Tenable) for effective patch management.
• Manage collaboration systems, billing systems, and infrastructure systems, including servers, switches, routers, appliances, and communication mediums.
• Resolve incidents and provide remote support for engineers and end-users on collaboration/VoIP, networking, and other IT services.
