Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and company objectives.
• Lead the full recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interviews.
• Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary and wage calculations, and adherence to legal requirements.
• Lead employee performance evaluations, and drive training and development programs to foster growth and improve employee skills.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain's labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes.
• Handle all HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an HR Supervisor in Bahrain (a must).
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
