Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Enterprise Officer to lead our B2B Telecom/ICT division. The ideal candidate will drive strategic growth, oversee enterprise sales, and optimize their business operations in the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term B2B telecom/ICT enterprise sales strategies
  • Lead and mentor the enterprise sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Foster key client relationships and partnerships in the telecom industry
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives to align business objectives across departments
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Oversee the development and implementation of innovative telecom solutions for enterprise clients
  • Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction in service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in B2B Telecom/ICT enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the telecom sector
  • Strong understanding of enterprise telecom solutions and emerging technologies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Compensation:

  • Salary range: BHD 4,500 to 5,000 per month (inclusive of allowances)
  • Annual performance-based bonus (individual and company performance)
