Job Description

General Technician

You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
2. Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
3. Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

1. Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
2. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
3. Highly responsible & reliable
4. Technical support and maintenance background is mandatory
5. At least 1 year of hotel industry experience
6. AC maintenance experience preferable (not mandatory)
