Food and beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced Arabic Female Food and Beverage Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a 5-star hotel in Bahrain.

About the role:

As the food and beverage manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our hotel's food and beverage services.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and room services.
2. Supervise and train food and beverage staff, ensuring they deliver excellent service to all guests.
3. Coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
4. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

1. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
2. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
3. A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
4. Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or related fields are an advantage.
5. Candidates from abroad may also apply if they have at least 2 to 3 years of GCC experience.
