Job Purpose:
The Systems Specialist - NetReveal will enhance and optimize the performance of the group-wide platform for Transaction Monitoring and Customer Risk Assessment. The role involves reducing false positives, aligning with compliance standards, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
System Configuration and Optimization:

• Develop and optimize detection rules and customer scoring models to enhance risk identification.
• Regularly monitor and adjust detection thresholds and scoring algorithms.
• Integrate NetReveal with external data sources like regulatory databases and transaction feeds.

Compliance and Performance:

• Ensure the platform adheres to local and international regulatory requirements.
• Analyze system-generated alerts and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of system outputs.

Advanced Analytics and Automation:

• Use advanced techniques, including machine learning, to refine customer risk scoring and detection scenarios.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, improving operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with IT, compliance, operations, and business units to align system functionalities with organizational goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) during audits, inspections, and reviews.

Qualifications and Experience
Education:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Finance Systems.
• ACAMS certification or equivalent is highly preferred.

Experience:

• 8+ years in AML/CTF technology systems, with 6+ years in technology team management.
• Proven expertise in NetReveal optimization, rule management, and compliance alignment.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, risk assessment frameworks, and KYC processes.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in system tuning, data analytics, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve system performance issues efficiently.
• Experience with machine learning or advanced statistical techniques is a plus.
