Finance Director - Manama - RESO

The role of the Chief Financial Officer at RESO is a critical position that requires a finance leader with a deep understanding of the insurance, brokerage, loss adjusting, and advisory services industries.

The CFO will be responsible for financial leadership, regulatory reporting compliance, and strategic financial planning of Braxtone Group and its subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, and providing strategic financial insights to the Executive Committee.

The CFO will also ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax obligations across the UAE, Bahrain, and Oman.

This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in financial leadership, including at least 5 years as a CFO or Finance Director in the insurance or financial services industry.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in tax compliance, IFRS reporting, and financial governance, as well as experience in leading M&A transactions, investment strategies, and financial restructuring.

Responsibilities:
