Job description

Our client is seeking a qualified Assistant HR Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select top talent.
  2. HR Administration: Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
  3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and managing employee relations matters.
  4. Performance Management: Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes, including conducting or coordinating performance reviews and providing guidance to managers on best practices.
  5. Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including processing benefit enrollment changes, answering employee questions, and ensuring compliance with benefit regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  2. Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition and administration.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Duties:

  1. Assist with employee training and development initiatives.
  2. Contribute to employee engagement programs and company events.
  3. Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives.
