Roles and Responsibilities:
The Shift Manager has the responsibility to train and support new Juicers in their team.
The Shift Manager will gain basic knowledge and understanding of stock handling and will support with weekly counts, re-counts, and support the Bar Manager.
Support the Bar Manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and other tasks communicated by the Bar Manager and Market Management.
Train new Juicers in all JQ Modules from E-Campus, ensuring strong brand and operational standard BTC.
Maintain and ensure Daily Concept Workflow and usage of Trail, to ensure a controlled and stable daily SOP and high standard for cleanliness within the bar.
Achieve a good understanding of basic stock handling and support the bar.
Handle and take care of guest complaints communicated by online channels, in-store complaints, and informed by the Market Management.
