Production Manager

We are urgently seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production and operations of our DI Pipe Wrapping Bitutape Manufacturing Unit. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process of Bitutape (Heavy Duty Anti-Corrosive Protection) and possess leadership experience in a similar industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily production operations.
2. Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
3. Manage and train production staff.
4. Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance.
5. Optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in the DI Pipe Wrapping Tape manufacturing industry, specifically with Bitutape or similar anti-corrosive protection products.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
