Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive at BYD Bahrain. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication with clients.

2. Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
3. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs
4. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
5. Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
