Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ERP Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing our ERP system, ensuring smooth operation across various modules, and supporting the business in managing change and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, specifically across the Finance, HR, Procurement, and CRM modules.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of business process reengineering and change management.
• Developing and implementing customizations and integrations with other systems.
• Conducting system testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in overall implementation and supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in project management is a plus.

Project Management: Lead the planning and implementation of projects; facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirements, develop full-scale project plans, assemble and coordinate project staff, manage project budget, and manage project resource allocation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Provide direction and support to the project team, constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Technical Implementation: Work closely with technical staff and business stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues associated with ERP implementations.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and user requirements through rigorous testing and validation processes.
