Job Title: Compliance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to ensure the highest standards of regulatory compliance, mitigate financial crime risks, and protect the integrity of our operations.

The role involves:

• Ensuring Consistent Application of AML/CFT/CPF Policy
• Reviewing Policies and Procedures
• Conducting Periodical Branch Visits
• Oversight and Monitoring of Reviews
• Providing Subject Matter Expert Guidance

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's Degree
• CAMS or Certification from the International Compliance Association
• 10+ years of banking experience, out of which 5 years in compliance/Internal Audit/Risk function

Estimated Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per annum, depending on experience.
