Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operations Director to oversee the company's contract catering, kitchen equipment, and wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' senior management experience, exposure to sales, marketing, and tendering for different types of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's contract catering operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients;
• Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and revenue growth in the catering division;
• Lead a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives;
• Maintain excellent public relations with clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns;
• Manage a broad range of food and beverage operations, including quality assurance and workforce management;
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, monitoring progress and achieving targets;
• Possess financial acumen, interpreting accounts and balance sheets to inform business decisions;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovations to enhance operational efficiency;

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years' senior management experience in contract catering or related field;
• Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and tendering for contracts;
• Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
• Knowledge of food hygiene procedures and quality assurance standards;
• Ability to interpret accounts and balance sheets, with sound financial acumen;
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with proficiency in MS Office applications;
