We seek a strategic thinker with debt fund management, banking relations, and financial operations expertise to lead our financial leadership team.

Main Purpose Of Job: As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will oversee the financial health of Braxtone Group and its subsidiaries. Given the Group's multi-entity structure, regulated operations, and external financing needs, your role will be crucial in ensuring financial compliance and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to our leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant educational background (e.g., degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field).
