Job Title: Chief Concierge

The Head Concierge is responsible for maintaining an immaculate lobby and ensuring consistently-delivered exceptional customer service to Guests, creating a positive first impression and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Offer consistent, high standard service and assistance to Guests, maintaining a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service.
2. Ensure that all individual customers and groups receive fast, efficient, and friendly service.
3. Maintain public areas and all equipment in immaculate condition, communicating with Security regarding any unattended luggage.
4. Greet all guests in public areas and rooms in a warm manner, providing excellent leadership, interpersonal, personal presentation, and communication skills.

Requirements:

1. Previous customer service experience in a supervisory role, with the ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs.
2. A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, with flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
3. A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service, with a focus on creating remarkable hospitality experiences.
