Carpenter (Entry-level)

As an Entry-level Carpenter, you will be responsible for assisting with the construction, installation, and repair of structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will work alongside experienced carpenters to learn the necessary skills and techniques in order to eventually become a skilled professional in the field. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in carpentry but has little to no experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with measuring and marking cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or drawings
2. Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
3. Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware
4. Follow safety procedures at all times while working on construction sites
5. Learn how to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
6. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

1. No prior experience required but must have a strong interest in carpentry
2. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is preferred
3. Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions accurately
4. Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
5. Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
6. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
