Store Operations Management

• Ensure the store is properly staffed, organized, and well-maintained.
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and managing optical products and accessories.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Inventory and Supplier Management

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
• Monitor stock rotation and ensure timely replenishment of products

Sales and Performance Management

• Set annual business objectives, sales targets, and budgets in line with company goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Create promotions and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
