• Base Salary: 2,000 BHD per month (£3,663 tax-free)

• Performance Bonus: Up to 500 BHD per month (£1,000 tax-free) based on NPS and workshop productivity
• On-Target Earnings: £56,000 per year + £650 p/m housing
• Visa sponsorship & relocation assistance (including transport of tools)
