VAM Systems is currently looking for an AS/400 Equation Developer (Offshore) for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions:

Qualification: Major BE Computer Science and Engineering

Years of Experience: 3+ years

Previous Work Experience: Banking

Skills:

• Experience with Finastra/Misys Equation
• Development experience in Equation
• Core Banking Concepts (GL Posting, Loan Calculations, EOD)
• Code Review
• System Development Life Cycle
• System Testing
• Systems Integration
• AS/400 Applications Command Language
• AS/400 Applications Knowledge
• Object-oriented Design
• System Maintenance and Enhancement

Responsibilities:

• Equation Support
• In House Programs maintenance and development
• L2 Support for In-house programs
• Coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with Finastra
• Support application testing team for Equation
