Activities Director - Amwaj Islands - RESO

At RESO, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Activities Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing school events and activities within the Student Life Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning: Organize and plan school events for the entire academic year, ensuring set dates are aligned with the school calendar and deadlines are met.
• Communication: Effectively communicate event details to all stakeholders, staff, and students through various channels, including meetings, emails, flyers, etc.
• Schedule Management: Develop and manage the activity schedule for all grade levels, distributing it in a timely manner to students and parents.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed to ensure successful event execution.
• Evaluation and Improvement: Compile feedback from evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
