Accountant - KSA

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting monthly performance meetings, quarterly performance analysis, preparing annual budgets based on forecasts, trend analysis, and documenting for management review, as well as updating relevant budgeting systems for quarterly and annual reviews. Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers.
2. Monitoring aging and prepayment balances.
3. Preparing local and foreign payments.
4. Following up for statements of account.
5. Coordinating commercial activities.
6. Monitoring and closing inter-division and inter-company payables and receivables.
7. Accounting for invoices and ensuring accurate and timely collections from customers.
8. Preparing monthly and annual accrual working for incentives based on turnover.
9. Managing the vendor lifecycle, including requisition, onboarding, vendor callback, and purchase-to-pay process.
10. Processing payments for local and foreign vendors, petty cash, and credit cards.
11. Reconciling petty cash and credit cards.
12. Assisting in any relevant accounting functions, processing registration certificates, issuing VAT certificates, and assisting with updating establishment representative information.
13. Managing employee medical insurance, including quotations, claims processing, and renewals.
