We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager, specializing in Sales and Relationship Management. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing success of our platform in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.
  4. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights to clients.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  6. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize client retention.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining clients.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews and share insights with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
  9. Stay informed about the latest developments in the cryptocurrency industry and educate clients on relevant topics.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the organization's visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years experience as an Account Manager/Sales.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, finance, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
  4. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and trading platforms.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  8. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to cryptocurrencies.
