Job Description:

As a System Administrator – Office Automation Expert, you will be responsible for installing, managing, and upgrading Windows 10 systems and servers, including iOS Apple, in a hybrid office environment.

You will also manage data security, configure user access, and maintain system stability and availability for users.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation and configuration of PC, Mac, and mobile device hardware and software components.
2. Administration of the local IT environment, directly related to workplace (PC or mobile devices).
3. Participating in defining and documenting the configuration of the PC or mobile devices environment.
4. Documenting operational support procedures.
5. Drafting technical content for the knowledge database.
6. Security administration and monitoring, adhering to security rules imposed by the Parliament’s central security service, complemented by local rules as needed, including anti-virus protection.
7. Software asset and license management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience; proven work experience as a Windows Administrator is preferred.
2. Very good skills in Office Automation (MS Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, productivity applications), digital workplace, and mobile computing.
3. Good knowledge of automation with PowerShell.
4. Deep knowledge of Microsoft SCCM current branch.
5. Very good knowledge of MS Windows configuration tools and Active Directory policy management tools.
6. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Intune is a strong asset.
7. ITIL V4 Foundation Certified is an asset, along with problem-solving skills.
8. Highly autonomous and IT skilled, with good skills and experience in scripting with PowerShell.
9. Fluent in French and English.
10. Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
11. Good analytical and communication skills.
