Do you have established experience in Business & Data Analysis? Do you want to drive transformation and optimization initiatives through Project Management and Process Development? Are you keen to develop digital solutions to operational challenges emerging from a rapidly evolving business environment? Look no further!

We’re looking for a talented Associate who possesses a strong blend of Business Analysis and Project Management skills to join our Managed Services Team here in Belgium. In this role, you'll engage with clients across various industries, providing essential support in their digital transformation journeys. We are looking for individuals with proven experience in:

• Project Management
• Product Ideation & Development
• Functional Analysis

Your Impact

As an Associate, we trust you to work closely alongside both clients and other colleagues to deliver quality solutions, with responsibilities that include:

• Leading the provision of strategic, operational, and process advice
• Taking full ownership of significant tasks within projects, driving continuous improvement in work processes and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables
• Spearhead business development initiatives and identify new opportunities and fostering client relationships

As a Digital Business Analyst you will tackle your client’s operational challenges, including but not limited to:

• Gather, analyze, and document business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and technology strategies
• Design new business processes and define detailed product requirements
• Conduct feasibility studies to ensure proposed solutions are viable and achievable
• Set performance goals and metrics
• Assist in creating testing scenarios
• Manage requirements traceability for thorough analysis
• Develop and guide business and digital strategies for client engagements
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions

About You

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Strategy or Information Technology
• Between 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a related field
• Affinity for Business & Data Analysis and Project Management
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
• Any other language skills come highly recommended
