Description

  • You manage and process customer requests for non-life insurance (car, home, liability, etc.) received by post, ensuring that responses are accurate and efficient.
  • You rigorously monitor customer files relating to non-life insurance products, and ensure that they are resolved within the agreed deadlines.
  • You work closely with the various internal teams to provide optimum customer service and efficient case management.
  • You identify solutions tailored to customers' specific non-life insurance needs, adopting a solution-oriented, customer-centric approach.
  • You maintain a high level of performance and adapt quickly to changes in procedures.
  • You have strong communication skills, both oral and written, and are able to explain non-life insurance products clearly and accurately.
  • You demonstrate a commercial attitude, always seeking solutions tailored to customers' specific non-life insurance product needs.
  • You are able to work independently, yet collaborate effectively as part of a team, particularly in the management of non-life insurance files.
  • You are solution-oriented and customer-focused.
  • You are a fast learner and adapt easily to changes in procedures.
  • You have good language skills.
