Your job as Quality Control Inspector

As a Quality Control Inspector, you and your colleagues in Ghent monitor on a daily basis the quality of spare parts and accessories for cars, motorcycles, and power products.

You get energy from:

1. Daily checking the quality of incoming goods through physical and technical inspections, checking the presence of required documents, and comparing the quality with Honda Engineering Standards, technical drawings, specification lists, and inspection reports.
2. Administrative handling of inspections.
3. Drawing up internal complaint reports in case of non-conformities, together with colleagues from Procurement & Inventory.
4. Supporting technical and operational needs of both internal departments and Honda’s logistics branches in Europe.

Your strengths:

1. You have a technical degree, preferably in Automechanics, which provides you with product knowledge of cars, motorcycles, power products, and their spare parts and accessories.
2. You can quickly analyze technical data and read technical drawings effectively.
3. You have 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a quality-oriented position.
4. You are a team player who takes initiative and is result-oriented.
5. You have a good basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
6. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
