As a Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of transformation projects around ERP solutions for Proximus affiliates. You will be part of a Global Proximus ERP team responsible for managing and implementing ERP solutions for the Proximus group. The focus is on driving ERP work delivery for both projects and operations, maintaining high quality of services, increasing performance, and financial efficiency by setting up the right delivery model according to business requirements. Your collaborative efforts will extend to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring a seamless transition and successful project outcomes. Your primary focus will be on delivering value, streamlining processes, and enhancing the overall customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the IT vision and strategy with regards to ERP and affiliates. This vision will be developed in collaboration with our business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs. Additionally, you will manage the international dimension of ERP projects, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet the diverse needs of our affiliates and comply with local regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and defining the ERP affiliates IT vision and strategy
- Overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of IT ERP projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements
- Leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals to deliver projects and programs on time within budget and scope
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on program progress, challenges and achievements
- Engaging with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful program outcomes
- Managing resource effectively, including budget, personnel and technology
- Working with multiple suppliers in both Managed Services and Time & Material mode with indirect reports
Your Profile
Professional Experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in IT project/program delivery management, with at least 5 years in a senior role in an ERP domain
- Master’s degree in economics/finance, Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics, or relevant experience in Finance and/or IT/BI or data science
- Ability to understand complex business landscape, perform service designs and directions based on industry trends and business
- Proven experience in transformation initiatives and the ability to coordinate all aspects of a project
- Proficiency in scope management, cost management and communication management
- Vendor/partner Management: Managing vendor/partner relationships
- Experience in managing ERP platforms like SAP S/4 Hana and/or Dynamics and/or Odoo ERP based solutions
- Knowledge of core ERP sub domains such as Human Resources, Procurements, Financial and Logistics
- Solid planning, priority setting, and time-management skills
Languages:
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
