Within the People and Change practice, we help our clients harness their People Agenda: the right people, with the right capabilities, in the right place, doing the right things and who continuously keeps on building a better working world. We support our clients in organizational transformations, end-to-end employee life cycles, evolving and virtual workforces, and the changing role of HR. We see the people dimension as a key success factor of large business and technology transformations. For these challenges, we handle the Change Management journey.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Help our client solve their most complex people related organizational and behavioral challenges.
  2. Support transformations, transactions, and integrated mobile talent issues to make our clients successful on their journey.
  3. Help HR, fostering their role contributing towards the business strategy, and the strategic deployment of talent.
  4. Devise the optimal approach to operational transformations & change management within a specific client context.
  5. Build client capabilities in operational transformations and change management, through design and delivery of training programs, on-the-job coaching, and set-up of appropriate continuous improvement structures.
  6. Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EY’s expertise in this domain.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  1. Professional experience (between 4 – 7 years), either in Program/Project management, consulting, and/or in the Financial sector.
  2. Knowledge of HR or Change methodologies (ADKAR).
  3. Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in French/Dutch.
  4. Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
  5. Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach.
  6. Solid communication and presentation skills.
  7. Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent through experience.
  8. Good listening skills and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
