VGA is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced truck driver to represent VGA in all aspects of Vehicle Handover (VHO) and Product Training. This is your chance to embrace a new challenge as a Vehicle Handover and Product Trainer and become a product expert, representing the Volvo, Mack, and UD Trucks brands while supporting customers and dealers through the delivery process and enhancing their understanding of our vehicles.
In this role, you will work closely with the Vehicle Handover and Driver Development Manager to develop and implement VHO strategies that enhance customer satisfaction across all three brands. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for VHO support, driving an exceptional customer experience. If you're passionate about trucks, customer satisfaction, and want to get exposure to the training side of things, this role is perfect for you!
