Business Banking meets the unique financial needs and services of a range of business customers, from micro business to small corporate, and the needs of our broking and premium personal customers.
Small Business Banking provides a comprehensive range of services to the Banks small business clients. These clients are defined as having ‘non-complex’ aggregated debt facilities of less than $1 million. The objective of Small Business Banking is to provide customised products and services for clients with commercial finance and wealth management needs.
The Broker and Agency Sales (BAS) team is responsible for originating and executing the full range of financing needs of accredited broker sourced clients' financing.
Position & Purpose
To lead and coach Acquisition and Portfolio Relationship Executives with the long-term objective of delivering optimal outcomes for both the Bank and the Customer. The role will also involve assisting with structuring of debt transactions for corporate and business customers so that we deliver a positive client experience and meet required Bank revenue returns. The role requires an effective understanding and impact of the Bank's policies, systems and processes and the impact on the customer.
