We are looking for a Ski Travel Specialist to join our customer experience team in our offices in Southbank. The Ski Travel Specialist will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations through personalised service and customised packages. By building strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders, this role will play a key part in achieving business objectives, driving revenue growth, and establishing Luxury Escapes as the premier destination for discerning travelers seeking unforgettable ski and snowboard experiences.
Responsibilities
- Curate comprehensive ski trips across multiple resort and property suppliers, ensuring exceptional value and experiences.
- Conduct outbound sales and feedback calls with potential customers interested in ski deals.
- Provide product and offering insights to team members to enhance the ski vertical.
- Train and develop sales agents on ski products and processes.
- Assist with the post-sales journey and document the process for continuous improvement.
- Meet quality and productivity KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through detailed knowledge of Luxury Escapes products, promotions, services, packages, and pricing.
- Handle multiple sales inquiries across all contact channels (Phone, Chat, Email).
- Use and maintain systems to support customers (e.g., Zendesk/Salesforce CRM, Sabre/Amadeus GDS, tour portals, scheduling tools, accommodation systems).
Requirements
- Proven experience in the travel industry, particularly in ski and snowboard package sales.
- Ability to work with various supplier portals and package custom ski trips.
- Strong knowledge of global ski destinations, resorts, and industry trends.
- Used to dealing with KPIs and thrives in a competitive environment.
- Flexible with your availability.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, pay close attention to detail and extremely passionate about customer sales.
- Driven to succeed, enjoys a challenge and working to achieve goals.
