Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage town planning projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Prepare planning reports and studies, project proposals, and cost estimates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Actively pursue new business opportunities and assist in developing proposals.
Coordinate project resources, manage budgets, and monitor project timelines.
Provide technical input on complex planning issues and resolve any project challenges.
Selection Criteria:
Tertiary qualification in Town Planning.
Ideally 2-4 years of experience in town planning.
Strong knowledge of statutory planning, and related legislation.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and resources.
Excellent communication, client liaison, and business development skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
