The Opportunity
KBR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Campaigns to contribute to the growth of our Australia Defence and Security Solutions (ADSS) business.
As the successful candidate you would be responsible for delivering growth through opportunities aligned to our key campaigns in collaboration with our Strategy and Business Development teams.
In addition to people leadership, you will also manage engagement and relationships with customers and industry partners, and business requirements related to commercial, quality and technical assurance.
This position will require an active AGSVA security clearance on commencement.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the identification, scheduling, planning an winning of major capability and upgrade projects in the Defence market aligned to KBR ADSS strategy.
Develop and implement campaign plans aligned to our strategic growth vectors
Engage with senior customers to strengthen KBR's relationships
Collaborate with industry partners to win and deliver programs of work
Leverage global KBR technology, solutions and expertise to win and deliver work when relevant
Required Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
Tertiary qualification in a technical field, or business, marketing or other Defence-relevant field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role in a Defence business focused on growth functions such as strategy, business development or capture
Deep understanding of Australian Defence acquisition and capability lifecycles
Proven ability to think strategically, develop business plans, identify and grow new markets, lead and develop teams, manage risk and financial outcomes
Exceptional networking and communication skills, and financial and commercial acumen
You must hold or be able to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance
