Senior HRIS Systems Admin

Our client is seeking a Senior HRIS Systems Administrator to join their team in Brisbane. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day support and maintenance activities, including incident and problem resolution, access and security, data maintenance, quality assurance, and systems integration tasks. You will be part of a small team in a shared services environment, providing subject matter expertise and high-level client services to multiple internal and external clients. This is a fixed-term, full-time position for six months with the potential for extension.

What you'll do:

• Oversee day-to-day support and maintenance activities
• Ensure data integrity through regular quality assurance checks
• Manage system upgrades and changes in accordance with IT processes
• Liaise with vendors to escalate issues and coordinate software upgrades
• Develop and produce regular reports using application-specific tools
• Maintain high standards of system access controls and general system maintenance
