Our Federal Government is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive digital transformation in the department and the opportunity to work on impactful ICT projects.
- Contract: 12 months + 12-month extension
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing business processes, gathering system requirements, and driving digital initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions to support the agency’s ICT projects and Corporate IT Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business and system analysis to support ICT initiatives
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Develop process models, data flows, and system documentation
- Act as a liaison between business units to align ICT changes with agency goals
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve digital processes
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ICT projects
- Strong skills in business process modeling, system analysis, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Previous experience in government or healthcare ICT projects (desirable)
