Management of front of house including maintaining a clean and organized reception area, ensuring communal spaces are well presented and well stocked, and parcel room is tidy and organized.
Answering the main line and directing inquiries, taking messages, or responding to customers where appropriate.
Meeting and greeting visitors, alerting leasing team to tour arrivals, accepting package deliveries.
Managing front desk inquiries including logging new cases or complaints and allocation to appropriate team members for resolution.
Assisting with coordination and management of events and collation of customer feedback.
Assisting with raising quotes, purchase orders & invoices, preparing renewal letters, termination notices, and variation letters.
Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and file management.
Database management including capturing of front line customer insights and entering and updating customer data.
Monitoring various communication channels including Google, website, socials, email, and the app, triaging and allocating complaints and queries.
Responding to comments and feedback on building channels and composing and sending broader building communications.
Uploading digital content to various channels including Domain and REA listings.
Preparing move in and welcome packs, coding keys, logging additional charges with finance team, and updating systems to reflect customer move ins / move outs.
Monitoring cases & complaints in system to ensure all customer queries are dealt with promptly.
A good communicator with great multi-tasking skills and the ability to fit within a dynamic team.
