A Project Manager is sought by a busy Tier 2 Commercial Builder to manage 2 upcoming projects in the commercial construction sector, worth $20 million combined.

• Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on commercial and government projects from $5 million to $30 million
• Managing 2 x commercial construction projects worth $20 million combined
• $220k to $250K package

The Company:

• An established Tier 2 Builder
• T/0 $180 million
• Reporting to a Construction Manager, managing a Site Manager, Foreman, CA, and Cadet
• Focus on commercial, education, and aged care construction projects in the $5 - 40 million range
• Established client base, with a full order book of work for 2025
• 35 years trading history
• Northern Sydney based

You will have:

• A Construction Management Degree or similar
• Previous project management experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney
• Commercial construction experience on projects over $5 million is highly desirable
• MS Project experience sought, with Procore knowledge
• A steady career history and proven construction management background
