To keep our operations network secure and assure operational continuity, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our Project Management Office and Strategy (PMOS) team as Program Manager. In this key role, you will own and manage difficult projects and programs that standardize and optimize Security and Loss Prevention processes across International markets.

Key job responsibilities

1. Own and drive difficult projects and programs supporting organizational development and change management with a strong emphasis on standardizing and optimizing processes.
2. Support projects and programs related to people management, professional and organizational development, continuous improvement, change management, restructuring, standardizing, and optimization.
3. Ensure all your programs and initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives and they meet all relevant regulatory, legal, and labor requirements.
4. Collate and inspect data, track and report milestones, and present findings through weekly and monthly business reports.
5. Act as the lead for project management approaches and ensure consistent use of project management solutions and standards.

A day in the life
As a Program Manager on the PMOS team, you will join a team of professionals supporting the Security and Loss Prevention team with organizational growth. To achieve this goal, you will own and drive difficult projects as well as programs that have a strong emphasis on standardizing and optimizing processes. For example, you will oversee project management approaches and ensure consistent use of project management solutions and standards across Security and Loss Prevention to ensure consistency with department goals. You will demonstrate a high degree of ownership, have a bias for action, and be responsible for your own work stream. You will collate and inspect data, track and report milestones, and present findings through weekly and monthly business reports. You will also prepare, maintain, and update project management databases. Your implemented solutions will be realistic, standardized, optimized, and where possible automated. They will resolve defined business problems, be cost-effective, scalable, measurable, adoptable, and operationally acceptable for our customers. You will ensure all of your projects and programs align with organizational goals and objectives and they meet all relevant regulatory, legal, and labor requirements as well as obligations. You will also support the rest of the PMOS team with their projects and programs related to people management, professional and organizational development, continuous improvement, change management, restructuring, standardizing, and optimization. Your scope of influence is internal customers and vendors from across the globe.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
2. Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
3. Experience working with teams across the APAC region.
4. PMP certificate.
5. Bachelor's degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
2. Experience in program or project management.
3. Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques.
